Delete your account.
You can close your Event Masters account whenever you want — in the app, or by writing to us. This page is how, what goes, and what we are obliged to keep.
The quickest way, and it waits on nobody here.
- 01Open the Event Masters app and sign in to the account you want to close.
- 02Go to your profile, then Settings.
- 03Choose Delete account, and confirm.
Removing the app from your phone does not close the account. Your profile stays with us until you ask for it to go.
No longer able to reach the app? Write to us from the email address the account is registered under and we will close it for you.

What happens next
- 01We check that it is you
We reply to the address on the account to confirm the request. Nothing is deleted before you answer.
- 02We close the account
Within 30 days of that confirmation, the account and the profile behind it are removed from our systems.
- 03We tell you it is done
One last email says the account is closed. After it we hold nothing that can sign you in.
- Your profile — name, contact details, city, and the languages and roles you listed.
- Everything you uploaded: identity documents, your CV and your intro video.
- Your applications to events, and the preferences behind them.
- The sign-in itself, and the devices it was used on.
- Signed agreements, attendance and payment records for events you have already worked — Saudi and Moroccan law set how long those are held.
- Invoices and accounting entries, for the same reason.
- Participation certificates already issued, so a client holding one can still check its number.
These sit apart from your profile and are used for nothing but the obligation that requires them.
Deleting an account cannot be undone. Working with us again would mean registering from the start.
